Our team from East of Siam recently enjoyed an unexpected and memorable dinner experience at Sirin Exclusive Hotel & Residence, nestled in the heart of Thamnak Hill Soi 5. This luxury residence boasts a stunning 360-degree panoramic sea view from its rooftop, setting the perfect backdrop for an evening of relaxation and gourmet delights.
We started our evening at the ground floor 338 Bar & Bistro, indulging in their creative cocktails. The drinks were truly refreshing, with a perfect balance of quality spirits and innovative mixing that left us impressed.
Later, we headed to Cafe No. 5, where the tempting aroma of freshly baked pizza beckoned us. The menu offers a variety of Thai and Western dishes. We decided to try the Chicken Kao Soi — a rich, authentic curry with tender chicken that practically melts in your mouth. It was packed with flavor and truly satisfying. Next, we enjoyed the Prawn Fried Rice, served with seafood sauce and generously sized, fresh boiled prawns — so delicious we found ourselves unable to stop eating! To finish, the smoked salmon pizza was a visual and aromatic delight, featuring a thin, crispy crust and high-quality ingredients that exceeded our expectations.
